Chuback Vascular Imaging has grown organically and naturally out of Chuback Vein Center. We have been providing the highest standard of Vein Care for many years, and as we have become the area’s leader in the comprehensive treatment of venous problems, we have come to understand the logical connection of this field to several other related areas of modern medicine.
The development and growth of Chuback Vascular Imaging, a Doppler ultrasound-based diagnostic center using the most advanced technology, has led to the early diagnosis and treatment of many patients suffering from both venous and arterial disease. Arterial disease can lead to stroke, heart attack, kidney failure, hypertension, limb loss and aneurysm formation, as well as other serious illnesses. Venous studies from our imaging center that detect chronic venous insufficiency, provide the necessary tools to craft treatment plans for our Paramus vein center patients.
Evaluation of the deep veins of the lower extremity performed in our Paramus vascular imaging center also leads to the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), which can be life-saving in some cases. Under the direction of Chuback Vascular Imaging’s Director, Mazin Radwan, both our Vein Center and Vascular Imaging lab are fully accredited by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC). Achieving double accreditation has been a great source of pride for our team because it validates the quality of care that we have always provided for our patients and affirms that our tradition of maintaining the highest standards has differentiated us in the field of vascular care.
We also found that through treating many patients with venous disease, particularly with spider veins, we were seeing a large number of patients who were committed to looking and feeling their best. Over the years, many of these patients suggested that we offer other cosmetic procedures in addition to cosmetic spider vein treatment. We had been treating hundreds of patients a year with sclerotherapy and surface laser vein therapy, and we wanted to give them the additional aesthetic treatments they were looking for!
