Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You'll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
We ask that you wear a mask to your appointment.
We ask that you contact us when you arrive to our building, and we will call you to come in when your provider is ready to see you.
Regarding our building: For the purposes of social distancing, only 2 people may ride the elevator at one time, and stairwells will be marked as either an "UP" or "DOWN" stairwell.
Upon arrival to our office, we will take your temperature prior to entering for your appointment.
We have removed magazines and other objects from the waiting area and exam rooms, as these items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients and extra care in sanitizing the treatment rooms. This might mean that you're offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
We ask that you come alone, unless you are unable to do so.
We will have a separate entrance and exit for everyone's safety.
We invite you to become a part of the Chuback Vein Center family. We are confident in our ability to restore your health and wellness.
